eSignal connection is good but no data
eSignal creates a file on your C:\Windows folder named winros.ini
In this file you must have two lines like this
InternetUserName=your user name
If these lines are missing or the user name or password are missing or wrong you must correct that.
Close the eSignal program, including the eSignal data manager, fix the winros.ini file then restart all again.
If your user name is abcd and your password is 1234 the lines should look like
